IEEE I2MTC 2025 is pleased to offer student travel grants

Meeting all of the following criteria is required for grant consideration and receipt:

  1. During the initial submission, authors must check the box that says “I would like to be considered for the Student Travel Grant” and the paper category must be marked as a student paper in EDAS.
  2. The student must be listed as the first author in EDAS
  3. The student must be registered and paid in full by March 3
  4. The student is required to attend the Conference in person
  5. Students must attend the I&M and I2MTC Award Ceremony (Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 12-1 PM) and receive their certificates in person during the ceremony 
  6. The paper must be of high-quality content and be favorably reviewed by the IEEE I2MTC 2025 Technical Program Chairs

Please note that grant priority is given to IMS student members. If you are a student and you are not an IMS member yet, please go here and join as a student member.

Best Student Paper and Travel Award winners are required to be present at the Awards Ceremony, otherwise, they forfeit the award.

Recipients will be notified via email on April 2, 2025.
