The Conference Proceedings will be included in the IEEE Interactive Electronic Library (IEL) as part of IEEE Xplore. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their paper. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the author, will not have their paper published in the IEEE IEL and IEEE Xplore, per IEEE policy.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore, if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear on IEEE Xplore.

Register Online

An accepted paper will be published in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore only if the following two conditions are met:

  1. The full fee (which can be the fee of IMS Member, IEEE Member, or Non-Member, but NOT Student Member or IEEE Life Member) registration payment for one of the paper’s authors is received and correctly processed by March 3, 2025. This policy applies to all accepted papers including but not limited to technical papers, TIM, and Late Results. 
  2. The author presents the paper in person at the conference venue.

Not meeting either of the above two requirements results in the paper being flagged as a “no show” and removed from publishing in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore. 

NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE AUTHOR’S COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT.

Generate an IEEE Xplore-compatible manuscript using PDF Xpress

All final manuscripts must be generated using the PDF Xpress tool.

To generate the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file of your paper, follow these steps:

  1. Create your IEEE PDF eXpress account: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login
  2. Conference ID: 62753X
  3. The first time you access the system, please follow the link to the new user. Please note that to access the service, you need to allow the use of cookies from the PDF eXpress website. Once you have registered as a new user:
    1. Upload the source file (containing your paper) for conversion.
    2. Receive by e-mail the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper.

Upload your Xplore-compatible PDF manuscript to EDAS

  1. Log in at https://i2mtc2025.edas.info/
  2. Select the paper title you wish to upload the manuscript for to be directed to the paper record
  3. Please note author additions are not permitted after acceptance notifications have been distributed.

Please declare who will be presenting the paper at the conference. Once in your paper record, click the Change/Add icon in the Presenter row. Indicate who will present the paper and click Choose Presenter. Presenters must fill out a short bio (50-word max) on EDAS by going to the ‘My Profile’ tab and filling in the information in the ‘Brief bio’ field. Information in this form will be used by the session chairperson to introduce the presenter.

Complete the electronic copyright form via EDAS

IEEE is implementing stringent copyright regulations. The copyright form can be accessed electronically via EDAS. To obtain the form, locate the copyright icon within your paper's record. Please note that only authors listed on the paper are authorized to complete the copyright form through EDAS. Paper submissions are only accepted through this electronic system.
