The I2MTC 2025 Conference offers a dedicated session for on-site “Live Demonstrations of Instrumentation and Measurement Technologies” to allow an interactive presentation of novel proof-of-concepts or scientific prototypes. This provides an engagement opportunity for researchers from industry and academia to present demonstrations of the outcomes of their R&D activities.

We welcome submissions in all areas within the scope of the I2MTC 2025 conference, with the presentations taking place on-site through interactive hardware and software prototypes, or demonstration of experimental setups.

The dedicated Live Demonstrations session will enable presenters to have a direct engagement and interaction with conference attendees about latest experimental and interactive results. Demonstrations will be able to run throughout the session and on ad-hoc basis to best engage with interested participants, with no dedicated timeslot in each session to allow maximum engagement for each presenter. A “Best Demonstration Award of I2MTC 2025” will be selected from the works presented at the conference, recognizing the top live demonstration and interactive presentation in the Demonstrations session.

Instructions for Submission:

Proposals for live demonstrations should consist of a maximum 2-page description of the demonstration, using the same page formatting as for regular I2MTC papers. It is mandatory to include at least one reference to a previous publicly accessible publication related to the demonstration.

  5. Previous publications: Please include one or more references to your previously published work relating to the scientific/technical background of your live demonstration. This reference must be publicly accessible for the Demo Co-Chairs and reviewers – a URL is highly recommended! Inaccessible references will lead to rejection.
